Our Process
Inspection - We evaluate lens condition & oxidation level of your vehicle.
Lens Preparation - Surrounding paint is taped and protected, surface is cleaned.
Oxidation Removal - Lens is softened and cloudiness is eliminated.
Wet Sanding - Progressive grits remove yellowing and the failed factory UV coating.
Polishing - Dual polishing pads are used to refine the lens to pristine clarity and a sleek, specular surface.
Ceramic Coating Applied - A long-lasting ceramic coating fuses directly to the lens, preventing yellowing and oxidation caused by the sun.
Final Quality Check - Make sure the headlights are up to customers standards.
